When you create an account with UR IND SHOPPER, use our Virtual Locker service, or request Assisted Purchase ("Shop For Me"), we collect:

• Personal Identification: Full name, email address, international phone number, and passport / government ID (when required for export customs clearance).
• Delivery & Virtual Address Data: Assigned Suite ID (e.g., #UIS-1082-DEL), destination delivery addresses, recipient names, and postal codes.
• Parcel & Transaction Details: Domestic courier tracking numbers, merchant invoices, item descriptions, package weights, inspection photographs, and declared customs values.
• Payment Information: Transaction identifiers and payment status from Wise and international banking rails. We do NOT store full credit/debit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your collected information strictly for:

• Assigning and managing your dedicated Indian Virtual Locker address.
• Receiving, inspecting, photographing, and repacking parcels at our fulfillment hubs.
• Generating international air waybills, export declarations, and commercial customs invoices.
• Executing assisted purchase orders on Indian e-commerce platforms upon your explicit request.
• Sending automated WhatsApp/SMS/Email notifications regarding parcel arrivals and tracking milestones.
• Complying with the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) of India and international aviation safety regulations.

3. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We share essential information only with verified third-party partners required to fulfill your shipments:

• International Logistics Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, and India Post EMS for transit and door-to-door delivery.
• Customs & Border Authorities: Indian Customs (ICEGATE) and destination country customs for mandatory clearance.
• Secure Payment Gateways: Wise (TransferWise) for FCA-regulated, bank-grade international payment processing and mid-market currency conversion.

4. Data Retention & Security

Your high-resolution parcel inspection photos are securely stored for 60 days following successful package delivery. Account information and transaction ledgers are retained to comply with international trade record-keeping mandates. You may request account deletion or data export at any time by contacting our privacy compliance desk.
